The hospitality, food and welcoming atmosphere are all excellent and we would recommend the Inn to everyone. We hope to return soon. 20th August 2008 22:25 David & Sylvia Fickling Our first visit to the excellent White Horse Inn. Neil and Gill and all the staff made us very welcome. The accommodation was super but was outdone by the outstanding quality and presentation of the food. We will be back. 9th August 2008 14:17 Andy & Esme The hosts - and enthusiastic and hardworking staff - have created a very friendly, attentive and comfortable atmosphere. The accommodation, breakfast and evening meals - which include attractive vegetarian options - were all consistently excellent stand 5th August 2008 22:55 steve and jax Once again first class food and drink, spotless rooms and two fantastic people in Neil and Gill. Even on the Friday night when Neil and Gill were away for a few hours the standards remained at the highest level. We are planning our fifth visit. Thank you. 3rd August 2008 14:36 Dave and Ann Baxter We stayed for two nights on 28-29 July and had a most enjoyable break, The room was spacious and spotless and the food was first class. Would have no hesitation in a future return visit. 24th July 2008 8:13 Jill and Russell Ayles Stayed for 2 nights on 21 and 22 JUly 08 with my Mum along too and no children! Lovely single room for her and very nice double room for us. The food was very good, dinner on both nights and breakfast. Great hosts and lovely old pub. Neil & Gill are super hosts and their use of good local food is outstanding. We hope to return. 7th July 2008 15:43 Nigel & Carol Hyde We booked special offer '5 nights and pay for 4'. We found this great value for money, using the pub as a base and cycling out each day, discovering quiet country lanes. Our room was clean and spacious and the food excellent, well prepared and cooked. |
